These stamps are paintings of flowers from the 19th Century designed by Tutssels and issued by Great Britain on 6th January, 1997.

These stamps were issued in a se-tenant form as well as booklet and sheetlets known as Smilers Genric Sheet in A4 size containing 2 stamps each, arranged in different order.
